Yves Bissouma

He picked up an injury last time he played eswatini, so hopefully he gets through this one ok.

But come on Eswatini!

Thankfully only played the first half of Mali’s 6-0 win this afternoon, so hopefully got plenty left in the tank for weekend as assuming he’ll be our #6 in Bentancur’s absence and probably for most domestic games until Christmas.

What an absolute macaron. Ridiculous tackle.

I really hope we sell him. I was so pleased when we bought him but he's been such a disappointment. He doesn't provide the defence decent enough protection with his positioning and his passing isn't good enough to play through the opposition press.

Also the length of his shorts is disturbing!

When he is good, he’s very good. But this is not the first time that he has compounded a mistake with an even bigger mistake. Like his poor control followed by thigh high tackle that got him a red against Forest.

Certainly needs upgrading. Compounding his embarrassment at losing the ball, with such a stupid foul is unforgivable. Lost his head, and us the game.

He has posted an apology on insta, taking responsibility and feeling so bad for his mistake and that he will learn from it and will show us the real him. And thanks for all the support

Looks so good when he's 'on it' but that's very rare. Too many times I've seen him make rash/ stupid challenges like today and ball watches leaving runners into our box to score. Re-watch the Sancho goal and both he and Sarr were jogging back, had he put a bit more effort in he could've got a block on the shot rather than just dangle a leg aimlessly.

The jogging back is something he does constantly. We lose the ball in attack and he will just saunter back rather than busting a gonad.
