Would he have been pulled out of the club in handcuffs if he was an educated sweet-talking English white guy? Not wishing to put the cat among the pigeons too much, but it is a long off-season, and we must always remember there are two sides to these stories. Milo represents an important angle but there are others too.

Both arrested but only one charged I believe. The other person being charged likely indicates they have at least some evidence against him (reliable witnesses perhaps?).

Fact that Bissouma hasn’t been charged all this time later suggests that there is no evidence at all and therefore likely that he didn’t commit any defence.

The Police have done the right thing in leaving the case open, allowing a long period for any evidence to be uncovered. As (it seems) none has been uncovered, it is very likely that no charge will be brought against Bissouma (in all likelihood because he is want the guilty party).

The cops only arrested him because of his skin colour? Are you serious?
 
Why would Brighton let him go for such a relative pittance? He's always looked like one of the best players on the pitch whenever I've seen him play (including at the Lane where he absolutely dominated the midfield).
If this is true, and his case is being dismissed, then it's an absolute steal.
 
If it is a friend that has done it or he himself that has touched someone up, he isn’t going to prison for it, the question is what do the club do if he is found guilty but doesn’t do prison time?

Yes exactly. I am speculating. That wasn't obvious? The question remains, would he have been taken out in cuffs had he had a different appearance and level of English? As we know police forces are institutionally racist (look up the government reports that concluded this). Institutional racism is a form of racism that is subconscious often.

Yeh it seems odd but he is driving this, wants Spurs and the fees agreed so its happening apparently. I am with you and think 25m is a steal but its a wonderful signing

Seems his mate is more in hot water about the who sex case thing than him now too so looks like green lights all round

They were accused of sexual assault and arrested. If they were white would not have made a difference. What do you think the police would have done? Told them that was naughty, don't do it again?
