Yang Min-Hyeok

Was a nice assist as well.

Touch took him past the defender and cuts it back for the player to score.

Not getting push about despite his age and size.

For his first start, and probably limited English, is is giving out orders well.

He does things Johnson simply can't do. The question I suppose is can he do them at a higher level and against a higher calibre of competition.
And then the question can he also produce end product...

Johnson is a bit of an "end product merchant", of all the types of merchant to be that's a rather good one.

Good to see Yang get off to a decent start at QPR. Hopefully will keep getting good game time as a result of that. Clearly has talent, just a question of development and stepping up levels.

Championship is a great apprenticeship level. Some of our most talented youngsters are out on loan at a lower level than this. This guy is just 18, and if he shows he can perform in the Championship already at that level and in a new climate and surroundings already then that would suggest to me there's a good chance he will make it at a higher level. Lets see, but looks promising.....

Absolutely. And quite a few players who have ended up being very good weren't at that level yet at 18. Fairly big step up from the K-League to the Championship. If he continues to take that in his stride it's a very promising sign.

A good half a season there will probably also mean there won't be any shortage of clubs wanting him on loan next season if that becomes the plan come the summer.

I'd say that any player standing out in the Championship should be good enough for lower Prem. If said player is a youngster on his way up, there's an excellent chance that he'll reach top 6 squad level -- which is what we're aiming for, taking this season as a blip.

Still plenty that don't quite hit those heights, e.g. Pritchard.

Johnson for me is a bring on in the last 20 minutes of games type player. Don't mind him but he can be frustrating.
