Players back from injury and confidence is much higher.

It is that ability to use up to 16 players in the normal 95-100 mins that becomes interesting for RDZ. We've been hampered by so many injuries that it just didn't seem possible for a long time.

RDZ completed the season with a really good functioning defence and midfield but no options in attack. A key factor in staying up was having organised midfielders on the pitch and then more on the bench to keep that intensity going for 90 mins I can imagine if you give RDZ that same option in the attacking areas then we should absolutely be thinking top 6.

Key to this is getting Solanke going again and making sure Kudus is on the pitch. It's also about the new signing (Savinho?) that will bring the Kudus like qualities to the team. Even under Frank, you could tell the opposition were setup to negate the Porro / Kudus right channel. We had nothing comparable on the left. Put in a left side of that quality, with some natural lefties, and life is good I reckon.

Every time I watched him for Oxford he would go searching for physical battles. The kids absolutely loves that side of the game.

That appears to be something he's picked up on loan, he was strong enough in youth football but didn't go looking for it. I put down the sending off in Galatasaray game as inexperience and over excitement in an intimidating environment.

Wouldn’t surprise me if we tried to get Kane. It would surprise me if he did return. He’s loved at Bayern, he is thriving at Bayern, and he signed a new contract there. He’s the leading all time goal scorer for England with a total that may stand for a long time to come. Maybe that’s enough for him.

He certainly seemed delighted when he first left us as he was beaming in all the photos so makes me think he doesn’t have that much attachment to Spurs as we’d like him to have. He looked like a man that had just been set free.

So good luck to him and I’d like to see him back here but I don’t think that’s what he wants.
Maybe next year...when we're back in Europe, look like a side on the upgrade and he's had his fill of Bayern?

There is no way he is becoming our starting striker next season.
