You will feel at home here, our fans will be mildly happy with wins as long as it meets their deluded assperation and despise you after any defeat.
 
Get rid of Alli, Winks and Davies.
If Harry Kane leaves the 18, sell him. If he thinks of taking freekicks, bench him.
Get rid of Winks, Alli and Davies. You can't refurbish Dele. Jose tried. Nuno tried. Pochettino got a broken heart trying.

I have read he is going to be prepared to give everyone a chance but I hope not. Some of these players have failed under the last 3 managers, time to just get rid.
 
Fk into them as quick as you can, there are wasters here who need to either buckle up and produce or get off down the road in January.

Solve the midfield issues and you have a chance of galvanising this side.

Idk if that will involve developing the players we have for midfield or signing one more player for the heart of the team, but we need to get the setup right in the middle. An attacker and midfielder could be on Partici's radar.

Ndombele is either a solution or a landmine.

Everyone thinks they can turn him around and unlock his great talent. Careful. Because he probably won't ever be fully diligent all of the time, he will always be mercurial and have bouts of poor training and commitment; as well as footballing genius. If you can live with that and unlock his talent on match days so be it. But I have a feeling it may not work out.

Improve the teams passing ability.

We have a youngish defensive line and without Toby, we don't have any distinguished passers in the backline. You could say the same for our midfield - which is why it needs urgent attention. There are capable players, Ndombele has had moments where he makes outrageous passes, but he hasn't found his range this season. Hojbjerg can improve his passing - Conte will demand it. Skipp needs to develop here too - I think he will come on under Conte, but maybe not start as many games.

Conte is still a defense-first, counter-attack when you can Manager. Sound familiar? :) He is totally different to our last two managers in temperament and that will ring the biggest changes. But to counter-attack well, we need to be able to pass and work the ball better. Even with a couple of signings and developing players, it won't be overnight. We have to give him time, especially when starting midseason.
