sorry to rain on your parade guys but no 3rd party transfer business allowed in England. you'd have to donate the money to the club on the promise they'd sign the player of your choice - you wouldn't get any back if he was sold on either.

You could pay his transfer fee, giving him to spurs in the process, as his agent, with a 100% sell on clause (up to the initial cost of purchase), with the agreement that as his agent your fee when he is sold on would be 10%... But it probably wouldn't be strictly legal either and you would have to trust a gentleman's agreement with Levy :x
