Great result for the team morale. Poorish first half, very decent second half and despite being a bit toothless we still managed to finally get that one clear chance on goal.
Very positive Reguillion, great cross on his weaker foot and great awareness to not panic but to play the right pass. Also didn't let his mistake in the first half get to him to much. Very much looking forward to him.

To be fair I’m always disappointed in strikers who don’t take pens. I think Llorente bottled it for us in one too?

Second best in the first half, but not like they were creating a lot of chances. Other than a couple of individual errors we were fine.
Much improved second half, before the subs too.
Lamela the standout player for me, goal and penalty and all. Huge credit to Ndombele too I thought, worked so hard and showed his quality from time to time. Several others were very good too.
Reguilon looks almost ready made. Yeah, messed up for the goal, but thought he was really impressive overall. Good to see Tanganga back too even though he looked a bit rusty (understandably so).
Onwards and upwards.
