If Conte is up for sticking out the rebuild i fully agree
Do you think he'd stay around for a full rebuild? Doesnt seem to be in his character

No, he's just playing crap. He can't do the basics right and that has nothing to do with the role he's being asked. He isn't doing anything defensively, he's not even getting into the area of the pitch to help the lwb.I said he is ASKED to play a regimented defensive shift. That is totally not in his skill set so he invariably fails. It has totally hindered his attacking play. Hence we get a completely ineffective footballer instead of last years Golden boot winner.
Conte has stuffed him right up.
I don't know tbh i mean i think we've already made decent headway in to it and if we do well in the market by the start of next sesson we could be a lot closer to what he can work with - i can't imagine he joined thinking we weren't in a mess because it was clear to everyone at the time that we were so, why join a club in those circumstances if you're not going to see it through?Do you think he'd stay around for a full rebuild? He's mostly further up the pitch but he is where attacks go to die.

He played in the same system last season and was on fire, nothing has changed and he is shocking this season. His form has nothing to do with the system. He I agree he is playing crap but that has a lot to do with how he is being asked to play. He isn't a robot. At his best he played with instinct. That has been ldruven out of him. How many times do we now see him running past Kane?

Blaming our midfield who are outnumbered every game due to our coach protecting our 3 (weak) CBs is easy to do.Conte should go and take peh with him
He has lost pace. He can’t even do the basics and pass and that’s not just now, he has never been good at it. He has been one on one with players several times in recent weeks and hasn’t been able to beat them once. I said ages ago Son is the one we should begin to think about when is the clever/right time to sell not Kane because without his pace he really offers to be polite not much. Sadly, it is beginning to look like we are witnessing the beginning of his decline. But not to worry, I’m sure we will do the same as we did with Hugo and ensure he gets a good deal worse before we consider replacing…..He I agree he is playing crap but that has a lot to do with how he is being asked to play. Indeed, really easy to blame Sessegnon but ignores the fact that Lenglet and (especially) Son left him high and dry…. Despite that he was still probably our player who got into the best attacking positions.Totally agree.
My point being that if Sessegnon is offering more of a threat while trying to deal with a rampant Saka then you know you're in trouble. ( Son never helped Sessegnon in that regard ).

Interesting how people see different things…. I thought Sessegnon was our most likely player to score or create a goal today…, Got in at back post twice to get goal scoring opportunities and also twice got forward into good positions on a really good overlap only for us not to commit a single person into the box properly to give him a potential ball between their keeper and defenders.
Odegaard for me…. Was like watching Eriksen in Pochettino’s team. We’ve been awful but Ramsdale MOTM for me.
He played one decent half of football against Crystal Palace…. Let’s not make out that he is anywhere near good enough to be starting for a team with designs on a top 4 finish!Ridiculous how Gil has gone from being one of our few bright attacking sparks to going back to getting his two minutes at the end…..
Just back from injury…. Last thing we need is losing him again.Kulu off? WtF?
No different to Sarr, in fact he’d shown more than Sarr overall up until today (very happy with Sarr though). And he would have been way more useful than Son, but of course that would require our world class manager actually thinking about doing something different…..He played one decent half of football against Crystal Palace…. But it was near the end of the game and he was our best chance to get something out of it. I understand that if he was taken off earlier.Just back from injury…. Last thing we need is losing him again.
