Well, getting to HT 2-1 up is a bonus. This I would say we need 2 more to win, there are way more goals in this. We may need to sacrifice Lucas or Begwijn at some point to better control in midfield
 
Think Conte will want more control and we can’t give away that number of set pieces in the second half. Loving Skipp more and more, his composure and touch are great. Bergwijn superb. Doherty has been good too.
 
Got to love Bergwijn going from zero confidence, then starting to use his physicality, gradually making at least some impact, then a goal and all of a sudden he's just amazing.

Hojbjerg looking real rusty. Some concerns at the back at times, otherwise a good half.

PEH did brilliant for the first goal, but outside that he's the worst player on the pitch.
 
They are very good in the air. They look for Soucek every time and then get around him. We need to mark him better. Especially from corners where it looks the PEH has him. Which I don't understand.

Bergwijn deffo looks like he has been to told go at them, use his strength and drive into the space. He looks different already.

PEH looks off his game. Skipp looks full of energy.
Neither of our wing backs are really pushing them though.

Strange game. We need way not control on the possession in the second half.
 
Decent half. We put in the effort. I know it’s cold but some of our attack movement could be better. Need to give the midfielder more options for a pass sometimes. And make some runs into the box for crosses or gamble and run far post for balls that go all the way across etc

he’ll come good. Had a massive year last year. Played every game. Then started for his country at the WC. Conte will get him passing and more confident.
