Proud of the team but it looks like going the usual way that we miss easy chances and lose by a goal or two. Sess has been great. We are making the right choices in passing to expose them, surely a Conte pattern. Hope he can have a big effect at half time. I’d get Skipp on for Ndoms.

We are definitely going in the wrong direction. We are playing far more entertaining football which is a start, but yes, this game has all the hallmarks of a late goal defeat.
Can us getting 2 or 3 more decent chances in the 2nd half, but we have to take at least one to stand a chance of a point

Their system is functioning better than ours, as it should with Conte not being here long.

Ndombele is the only one who can play the pass accurately with the correct weight. If we take him off for Skipp then it becomes a very functional midfield but lacks the ability to play the correct pass with the correct weight.

Some that could have done better overall and in moments, but mostly it's level because we've been wasteful.
