What annoyed me was that the subs were very selective. Moore, Tonali, Bergvall, Gallagher and Richy were shocking in the first half. 4 of them should have been taken off at half time. If Bergvall could get hooked, then Tonali deserved it too. It's such a critical area of the pitch and there can be no passengers whether it's Gallagher, Bergvall or Tonali.

Im also wondering if from a defensive perspective whether Danso was best the CB available. At least he can defend the area. That game really highlighted the need to defend the box too.

I'm wondering if Danso alone is enough and I think we're hardly going to see him unfortunately.

Danso might have dealt with the crosses better but that's not addressing the root cause of the issues.

If we lose its hahahaha they spent £300m and are still brick! If we win its well they spent £300m they are supposed to do that.

You make a couple of fair points. However, I still would have hooked Gallagher and Bergval for Fernadez and Bents. I actually didn't know that Bents wasn't fit enough to start ether. He had a decent 45 mins to be fair. Fernandez looked a different level.

I am getting frustrated with the persistent Solanke problems as well. Yes, Richi was woeful but he was at least fit for team selection. This team needs a fully fit Dom in my opinion.
