Assume that Savinho or Gakpo wont be done in enough time for medicals, financials and work permits to be sorted to allow them to train this week.
Assume that those who did not take part in the 2 games are out aside from Porro. VDV, Udogie, Kudus, Kulusevski, Solanke are all out along with Xavi & Odobert.

Who will be lining up for us and on the bench for the opening games?

Hard to predict us this season. Pre season hasn't really shed any light, as many of our best players haven't really played. We do look quite blunt going forward, and to be honest, we haven't really looked very solid at the back either. I'm cautiously optimistic, but we've looked far from amazing. Midfield is stronger, but is that enough?

By the way, this OMT is a disgrace! Can't expect anything from the team with such an OMT disaster!

Mad to think we might be starting a completely new midfield pairing, and a back four with three new players. In any game you can look at it as a fresh start but this one really is, we could be anything this season and whilst it won't define us, a decent opening game goes a long way!

Danso could start and maybe Tel, but hopefully either him or Richy get the support they need, the former hopefully getting some more g/a involvements on the board for this season..
 
Thiago and Schade are good, we haven't settled our defence line, so.....a clean sheet will be excellent, anything else a bonus.

Also, based on the past Dezerbiball takes a while to get results. No pressure...
