King puts his health on the line for the club, surely all spurs fans know this. Defensive midfielders and defenders are there to get stuck in and take knocks, its all part of football. King however is playing with a degenerative knee condition which means he'll probably be on crutches by the time he is 40, should he carry on playing football.

Just when I was starting to forget why I hate Liverool, this match happens. Disgraceful lot. Only good thing I can see coming from this match is it was not a loss, Scott Parkers legs are still working, plus he is still alive. Bale is not injured, and that the insesant whining from the Liverpool players/fans did not amount to a Spurs player getting a ban.
 
100% deserved a point tonight

Liverpool huffed and puffed in the second half but came no closer than we did to breaking the deadlock.

we defended superbly and all things taken in to account that was a great point.

Saha won a lot of headers but didn't get much of a chance to really impress

Of course you are right, and I would say Bale would come out and say he shoudl have scored and it was a poor effort. I bet he is gutted at that miss. I am talking about how quick some are on his back. He has won us many points because of his brilliance, only last week he scored superb goals. Today he has an off day (in an attack which was generally limited), mainly because (imo) I think he being asked to do too much (with Lennon out) but still is the one on the end of a great pass. I didn't see anyone else in that position. So yes a poor miss, but just trying to make clear we are fortunate to have a world-class player in our side who can be even better than he currently is. They had chances, including a poor Carroll miss so I am delighted with a point. We are a completely different animal, and if we get top3 this season we can add to this team and genuinely do something.
 
clam Dalglish really is a big massive fudging clam. King clam. Seriously. The guy is rude, obnoxious and an absolute clam
 
With Chelsea and United drawing yesterday we've only lost ground to City. Still don't expect Arse or Saudi Sportswashing Machine to catch us, but obviously we need to win our next match.
 
it was a reasonably comfortable point too. liverpool might be clueless about how to win games but they are extremely difficult to beat at home - we're the only side to do it since king kenny returned.

city and united both escaped with far more fortunate draws. they both got battered.

if we can beat Saudi Sportswashing Machine it will be an extremely good week for us
 
I was very disappointed personally, and even with our injuries I regard that as two points lost. Which is nice, because it shows how far we've come. But that Liverpool team is brick and what really frustrated me was it was clear from the first few minutes we didn't go there to win, we went there not to lose. With that sort of mentality you heap pressure on yourself. I hope we go back to what we're best at against the scum and Chelsea and away or not we go at them and attack. It's what we're best at. Today we parked the bus.
 
I think an interviewer is gonna punch King clam Dalglish one day. Theyre just gonna lose it and knock the clam out
