the high line with the full backs more or less in midfield gives teams with pace up front an out ball all day long. They just hit the channel down the side of the strikers for the 3rd man up front to run onto. That then pulls our centre backs out and causes mayhem. If our Wing forwards were not so pants we would not want our full backs to do so much.

not only do our full backs need to try and compensate for the lack of product from our wing forwards, they also receive less than zero help defensively. being a spurs full back is not easy at the moment.

Well Verts and Dier have a man to cover and need to hold the space. But I agree. The full backs are having to work so hard.

Noticed when Dier went off there it was Walker that told Bentaleb to drop back not Vertonghen who wasnt interested.
