Dyche decided to bring 2 of them on at half time though.

What I would say is that we must not play Bents and Pal together in this one. MGW will just keep them busy and Andersen will get too much time on the ball. We're better off playing someone like Sarr and telling him to get in the face of Andersen.

It's definitely the 1-2 midfield required, rather than the 2-1 double pivot with a 10 in my mind. The great thing about Gray is that he is intelligent enough to interchange between the two. As you said above though, does he need to be rotated out based on recent workload. I guess it depends how that calf is bearing up.

I don’t think anyone needs rotating
We have had 2 really comfortable games where the team hasn’t been stretched
You play players who are doing the things well and they might be well rested too (we won’t know as fans)
