I feel exactly the same as you. If we would have had anything good coming down the right to compliment Bales heroics we would have made CL easily.

Of course. He is over ated on here and gets away with so much. His stats say it all.

With someone a bit better we would have had ten more points last season.

At this level, playing as an attacking player, you need someone to do what Townsend did today, and what bale does week in week out, take the ball and stick it in the back of the net.

Lennon cant do that. He passes backwards to the full back.
