Onomah doing well, showing some balls. Son not doing a lot so far. Carroll knitting things together nicely as expected.
 
I think in training, and then Carrier Bag away, Carroll played himself into contention for the squad again. He appears to be grabbing his chance. Tonight he has been steady and strong. Poch's meritocracy is excellent. Love this squad, we need minimal disruption in January...very important that if someone comes in they fit OFF the pitch. He knows. Wonderful times.
 
I keep saying "go on son" and then saying, "not you Son". Thought I'd share...

Son does need to keep these shots down though.
 
good job they are afraid to shoot, they have got the ball to a player in wonderful positions a few times now and they have decided to lay it off
 
We could be absolutely spanking them but Lamela, Son, Onomah and N'Jie all guilty of making the wrong choices. But it's playing games which will improve this and gaining confidence.
