I know Poch thinks Dier could play CB long term, but to me the balance is wrong. Dier seems better in midfield covering defence when needed. And we've suffered for not having a steady deep CM partnership. With Toby out 4 at the back might worked better with Dier or Dembele filling in for the full backs.
