1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey (‘the Council’) on 5th March 2019 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the experimental Order will be to reintroduce amended experimental measures relating to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Traffic Management Zone that were previously advertised in a Notice dated 10th August 2018. The measures operate on an Event Day (being a day on which a ‘Major Event’, that is, an Event with an expected attendance of 10,000 persons or more, is to take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium):-

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into force on 16th March 2019,
