Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Licence To Stand

Ironically the 3210 and the jumbotrons were the gonad*s when they first came out! In another 20 years we’ll be watching holograms from the away game beamed onto our pitch!
Sometimes I watch our games down a pub (for 45 mins) on a projector screen and it looks like the players are fake. Who's to say they haven't been computerised (great word) on like Arnie was in the running man and we are watching fixed games?

That's the VAR future. All games played behind closed doors and we get told what FIFA agree the correct scores were the following day.

Come here for photos and news on the stadium and instead the only posts are some brick about getting to 1000 pages.
Testing of the alarm system is going well, day 11 of testing is done, so 7 more days of testing, soon they will announce we are having test games in March and moving in in April.

(That's as much as I could hear when Donna was talking to Daniel at the Dog and Duck in Enfield)

So here's a random thing:

We will lose a game at NWHL at some point. Do you prefer to get the loss "over with" early (less pressure) or to start unbeaten and try to maintain that record for as long as possible? (more pressure) The latter option - depending on when our first game is - increases the chance of Arse, West Ham, Chelski or the like being the first away team to win at NWHL.

I think I'd like us to go unbeaten, but I'd probably brick myself before the first NL derby, knowing it could be our first loss there. Much prefer it to be a slip up against Wolves or Burnley or some other meh team.

Not necessarily, although extremely unlikely. I'm taking the view we go unbeaten until I die, the PL explodes in a puff of smoke, hell freezes over, or Liverpool fans show some self-awareness.

And for those of you watching in black and white ...
Spurs are in the all-yellow strip.

Does anyone think they'll actually miss WHL once we're up and running at the new stadium?

NWHL looks amazing, and if the atmosphere is as good as it's promised to be, I personally think I won't. Which is strange of course because I loved the old lady and was sad to see her go, and I always thought it would never be the same in a new stadium. But as building has progressed, boy has NWHL won me over. I can't wait to go there for the first time.

I could be wrong of course, maybe NWHL will feel too plastic and corporate and over hyped, but somehow I don't think so. I think - and It's a sad thing to say - that WHL will become a faded memory faster than I thought.
