Our open air concourses **** me right off in the winter months. It's ****ing outrageous they (landlords/whu) are allowed to get away with it. I feel it even after wrapping up, so **** knows how the elderly or kiddies cope.
Either they should be closed off from the elements properly or install heaters around the concourses. Just no respite with people behaving like penguins trying to huddle together for warmth.

Its funny reading theit thread, some of it is well written, the majority don't like their stadium and still hate the board for their work.
If they had spent 200m on buying the Olympic Stadium they would be worse off I think, no way they would be able to raise the money to build a new stadium on top of that 200m, their board is not interested in that kind of hassle either.
