Levy was right in his letter. The area needs jobs. This is basically just apartments that will be sold to foreign investors and left empty.

He wants the area to prosper. Land values go up so does the value of spurs. More people with jobs, more people that can come to games or events. The question should be why don't the council have the best interests for the area?
