Plus Haringey should be an easier council to deal with than Islington, Chelsea and Westminster etcThe FA may start to rue the decision to allow us to play there to get our stadium built!
I wonder if we’ll see the club apply to extend the license and allow more full capacity events in a year or two’s time as the demand grows?
Would likely be great for the area if they made events like this a bit NFL ones with the ‘tailgate party’ type things to encourage people to arrive early and sample the local food/drink options.Plus Haringey should be an easier council to deal with than Islington, Chelsea and Westminster etc

Any you’d care to recommend? Still reeling from Pavro Ockabasi’s closureChick King?
edit: way ahead @Gazza Dazzla
There are more and more interesting places to eat around Tottenham. Lots of latin inspired places, some rare cuisine like Mauritian etc but in quite iffy looking places. You have to know and not be put off by the facade.
Defo potential to get these local businesses involved if they can scale up for an "NFL fiesta street party" etc.

Levy has gone from a man who owned a chunk of Mr Byrite through his family to now having a share of A mega sporting club worth probably around £300m to him alone
He has done that without actually putting much money in at all
The are many things he has done well, clearly. There are also many things he could have done better
But the guy is now ultimately worth a lot, lot, lot more because of the work he has had a massive involvement in
I’ve not seen evidence of that anywhereHe has also very discreetly bought all that property off the club at knock down rates, once they do all the building work it will be worth a fortune. He could have left the land with the club and developed it via them.
I’ve not seen evidence of that anywhere
I’ve seen the clubs property business be set up
And of course he is part owner of that
Care to shed more light?
Allowed? It wasn't exactly for free. The rent was pretty hefty. The FA may start to rue the decision to allow us to play there to get our stadium built!

I’ve read all of thatI don't know all the details, just info that was posted on here I think. Either Spurs bought lots of property and sat on it and then sold it on once this project was further along and planning permission was a certainty or they bought it themselves knowing that the project would lead to planning permission instead of letting the club own it all and making money from it (like Arsenal did). I'm sure someone here will have more details.
I’ve read all of that
The club owns the land you refer too and has changed the title to the clubs property development side
It will get developed and make the share in the club worth more than it is currently
You can’t just sell stuff like land for less than it’s value to yourself (I wish my property dev bus could do that) although values do change Over time
