you said the deal will be completed today or not at all.....i dont see why that is the case even if the Bulgarian window closes today. Bulgarian clubs will still be able to sell after their window closes

You can still sell. No need for the window to be open to sell a player.

The window is only for buying players. The clubs can't register a new player outside the window for their country, but as long as the window for that country is open then they can register the player regardless of the status of the window for the selling club.

It's like the loan window for English clubs outside the PL. PL players can move to a Championship on loan after the PL transfer and loan window closes because the loan window for Championsihp clubs is still open. IIRC.
 
really? i was looking forward to this "lottery" transfer. don't always get what you want, but sometimes you win big!
