They have a much older side, that is for sure. Lindegaard, Januzaj among the more experienced players. We have a very young side out, but still the better side.

Poch is there too, I like that.

According to the MUTV reporters Luke Mcgee is as good with the feet as the outfield players. Modern keeper then. Haven't had to use that so far.

No worries, not got a chance to watch many U21 games, so this was pretty interesting, if uneventful :)

10 minutes to go, not much to talk about. Veljkovic with a great tackle just earlier to stop a good chance. I have to say I am a little disappointed that our U21 side aren't looking very comfortable with quick countering, they tend to play it back a lot.

Natha Oduwa, he ran at a bouncing ball. Looked obvious Lindegaard would get that, but they both jumped, Oduwa raised his hand and in a Maradonaesque way won the ball, and put it in the open net.

U21's playing Liverpools at Langtree Park (St Helens RL new stadium) in a few weeks, only a few miles down the road, think we may have to pay a visit

Not sure who our number 6 is, Dominic Ball I think? He lost Thorpe on the corner, free header. Ugo Ehiogu not impressed.

85 minutes of boredom, 5 minutes of pandemonium sums up the game by the MUTV reporters. They weren't very biased to be fair to them. Focus on United obviously, but not much bias.
