I've been a bit lazy recently with dinners so decided to make more of an effort this evening :
Marsala, thyme & garlic-marinated woodpigeon breast fillet, with roasted diced potatoes, asparagus and a blueberry sauce.
Woodpigeon slightly overcooked and you could stand your knife in the sauce - but it tasted lovely.
