Why do most cars on the telly still go plip plip when they're locked remotely despite that not actually happening on any car made this millennium?

Why do we have two light switches in our hallways... what a bitch when the bulb goes - is it on, is it off??

Use a bulb with an auxilary filament so that when the first filament goes the auxilary kicks in, then get a first filament failure indication panel adjacent to your main consumer unit and check for first filament failures on a periodic basis, replacing bulbs that have life expired first filaments as and when the need arises.

Yeah I was just thinking that...

To be honest I probably slightly over complicated it, rather than have a first filament failure panel just have the feed to the first filament on a spade connector, with the light on remove the spade connector, if the auxiliary kicks in you know both filaments are intact.

Can I be honest and say I have no idea what you're talking about. A spade connector? WTF?! What is one of those?

When grilling, I put the foil dull side up in order to not over-heat/cook the item I'm grilling.

I also eat gluten free food.

It tastes like brick. Mostly
.

I also eat gluten free as I have to, being a coeliac and all, but if yours tastes like brick can I recommend making your own stuff - most of the supermarket stuff is dry crap but no one can tell my baking from real food.

Even bought myself a deep-fat fryer last week to make my own doughnuts (which taste really good!) but I'm trying to convince my wife we haven't dropped at least one social class by owning one...
