Can someone tell me why Milan got rid of Pirlo? I always liked him but he doesnt seem to be past it

Me too.

It does my head in how 'the Spanish way' has become en vogue because everyone tries to emulate them. Spain and even Barca are sometimes boring but teams trying to be like them are even more boring.
 
Pirlo was fudging awesome for that goal by the way.
