*** The official 2025/26 Premier League thread ***

Arse v Brighton has been such a bad game. 1 or 2 passes followed by a hoof and the ball out of play every 10 seconds… dive every time they lose possession, then delay as long as possible.

Absolute turgid, yet somehow they are winning.

They've been like that for a couple of seasons

Nothing is stacked against us, if we went down we would deserve to. As results stand if we beat Palace tomorrow we would be 5 points above the drop with a far superior goal difference.

It's in our own hands, it's hardly mission impossible right now....

I am not confident thats going to happen

Our players don’t have the bottle or fight the Forest and West Ham players do, they just think it can’t happen to them and dont care because they’re all waiting for offers in the summer.

Forest snd West Ham are scrapping for their lives. I’m not sure our lot have that in them. Very very worrying times, folks.
Forest and West Ham are full of players who are fighting to stay in and play in the premier league next season. Most of the players in both team will not get a move to the premier league, our players know they will all have offers from all over Europe.

I think a few of ours are in for a bit of a rude awakening re offers, most will get some. I think a few will be shocked with the level though.

Other clubs will recognise most of our players have been gutless all season.
