The Official 2024/25 Premier League Thread

Wonderful.

Looking at Arse Mania, they don’t even like Arteta. A lot on his case. They really are an eyesore to watch. clams.

On Slot, IMO, he will fade at Liverpool. I haven’t been too impressed with them and think results will catch up with them. I like him in interview though, fascinating character. However, if I had a choice between him and Ange, I’ll stick with our man.

Starting their annual collapse a bit early, eh?

Arsenal fans now can gnaw their fingernails knowing that if results go a certain way that they'll be in 7th place by Monday.

And 8 points out of first place.

This is how it used to be for so long. As soon as the weather got a little colder and the sun set a little earlier in the afternoon their title campaign would start to crumble. Come March they'd get knocked out of all the cups before a nice sprint to the finish line in the spring would secure CL for another season.

Arsenal certainly can't complain about scheduling. Get the early game this weekend, a Tuesday visit to Inter Milan then get maximum recovery time by playing late Sunday at Chelsea.

Is there anyone on earth not aware that they have an injured player?

Brighton excellent in that first half

Reckon that's Konate gone as well.
Looked like he put his shoulder out at the very end of that half. (And he's looked good for them this season)
