They invested more than that, though. Iirc, in terms of owner investment, they backed Klopp with about 100m over the years (not including what they spent on the stadium renovation) - a pittance by PL standards, but enough to push him over the line to win the CL and the PL.
Poch didn't need that much to get over the line, but he got absolutely nothing from Levy or ENIC.
And worse than that, at the first sign of trouble, he was dumped by Levy. Klopp had a horrendous, horrendous 2020/2021 for the most part - they kept him, he turned it around at the end and now they're flying again. They kept faith with their man.
We didn't keep faith with a manager who was (imo) better than Klopp when they were both here.
