Why did you have a bad game? What the team or club do should either make you happy or sad, them winning doesnt make you any more intelligent, healthy, successful or attractive and losing doesnt have the reverse effect, it's only a game some you win some you lose some you draw, if you cant accept that you're far too attached to an illusion.
