Liverpool win may be better for us

Leicester losing to an under strength pool would be good
Why would a Liverpool win be good? Liverpool are head and shoulders above Leicester. Liverpool are the title favourites, Leicester are not. Would be better if we could build a bit of a gap to Liverpool. Leicester will fade.

Because Liverpool have half the team out and Leicester losing to them will hit the confidence.

Liverpool will drop points till they have players back.

You are seriously underestimating the strength of their squad, and the well drilled system they have.

Well, they already fading now. More like totally switched off actually.
I'm not sure of Leicesters game plan today.? It might just be Liverpool are 'at it'?

Madison , tielemanns, Barnes just busy closing space and tracking people and none of that is really helping Leicester.

Don’t get me wrong, Firmino is not a bad player and he does link up their attack, but I struggle to see what is so irreplaceable about him. If anyone ever questions why he doesn’t score Liverpool fans act like it is a hate crime. Salah scores loads more and creates more than Firmino. Mané is also easily better. And Jota looks like a good signing also.

Well, barring a nine-goal second half surge for Liverpool, we end the week in first place.

We've put the focus on playing tough, gritty football with an improving performance in defence. Given up one goal in our last four PL matches and looking sharp and snappy on the attack. We're balanced, healthy and have very good depth players battling hard to make the starting 11.

If you'd been offered this scenario before kickoff against Everton, you'd have taken it in a heartbeat.

Which should have been chalked off as well.
