The Official 2020/21 Premier League Thread

Could tonight have been any worse for us? Maybe if Harry ripped off his shirt and revealed a Woolwich jersey. Can't think of much else that could have gone wrong.
 
5 games tonight pitting a team who needed a win to boost their varying European ambitions against a team with nothing to play for.....

4 of the 5 who needed to, won.
 
What a terrible night of football. fudge me. I try not to feel pity for myself, such a silly thing to do - but being a Spurs supporter really takes its fudging toll.

I'm on the drink to ease the pain. If my kids did this to me, I'd disown the fudgers.

But no matter what humiliation your football club puts you through, they are yours for fudging life and there is nothing you can do about it.

This is such a depressing end to the season. I need to hide for the next week.

Also, I just remembered that whilst I have a season-to-season bet with a Spam fan that we will take 6 points off them, which I've lost this year, I also had a bet with the same person a few years back that if Kane ever left, it would never be to a PL club. Think I might be losing that one as well.

Not your husband is it? That was just about acceptable. If it’s someone else, you’re associating with far too many of them.

No, not my husband. No football bets between us any more, we learnt that lesson many years ago. An 'equilibrium' where I usually have the upper hand works for me.
It's hard to avoid the breed where I live though.

I don't know. Sounds like non league Europa might be a cup we can get to the final of (and lose bitterly against Cork City or something). But a final is a final!
