The "Official" 2013/14 Other teams matches thread

Really need to aviod defeat tomorrow, otherwise the Top 5 will open up a 4-pt gap.

Not a bad result for us at SJP. We were always going to drop to 7th no matter the outcome. Toon dont go 2pts and Soton dont get a confidence-boosting win before next week

Great opportunity for us if we can put a run of wins together, starting tomorrow.

It is, 3 out of the next 4 at home, and even the trip to OT after those isnt the trip it used to be, especially with RVP out and United shouldnt have strengthened by then.
The first time in years I fancy us to get somehting from it

Yep, very talented guy.

Sergio Ramos - jeez. He sat a new club record in March 2012 for the individual player with the most red cards. I think he is up to 17 total now. It's crazy to think that Gary Lineker only got one yellow card in his entire career.

Think it's 18 now, tying the La Liga record.

How the feck did we manage to get spanked 0-3 at home by the Spammers :-&

@OptaJoe: 5 - West Ham have drawn 5 PL games 0-0 this season, more than there have been in the Bundesliga so far (4). Surprise. [via @danielstorey85]

Chelsea win please, makes next win even tastier and dropping arsenal to potentially 3rd.
Arsenal could even be 4th at Christmas if Emirates Marketing Project, Chelsea and Liverpool win their games up to then.

Would be frankly hilarious considering they were 7 points clear just two weeks ago.

2 points in the last 5 PL games for Southampton

Next:

Tottenham (H)
Cardiff (A)
Everton (A)
Chelsea (H)

Will never understand people not rating Fernandinho. Fantastic player, always in control, never putting a foot wrong.

Fair to say I enjoyed our match today.
Saw him have a few great games in Europe but also be invisible in others

Then this season from what I saw of him he was in and out of games a lot but today he was exceptionally good IMO. He was back defending and went forward like Yaya
