The "Official" 2013/14 Other teams matches thread

****ing hell, I'm actually considering Arsenal might win the whole thing for the first time. I would normally be delighted with a draw at Southampton, but with Chelsea dropping points, I feel that Arsenal are going to win it just because they're the most settled. Us and Chelsea can't keep a run of form going, Liverpool won't last and your squad isn't good enough.

Yep. You and Chelsea have better squads but as you point out, they are more settled. Hopefully you can improve your away form after Xmas.

Help us FC Abu Dhabi....you're our only hope....:p

Twitter / OptaJoe: 3 - Chelsea have conceded 3+ goals in consecutive Premier League games for the first time since October 1999. Shaky. \o/

Winning 4-3 then losing 3-2 , entertaining the neutrals. They're doing it the Spurs way, the Spurs way we all love ...

They need to be more tur :-#

Loved seeing the faces on those United fans (that were still in the ground) at the end. Welcome to the mid-table, you've had a great ride, its about time you had to go through it.

It's starting to sink in:

this troubles me greatly, united have been an amazing buffer for us, just think of the trophies they have kept away from the axis of evil in English football ****/chelski/dippers/Leeds

This could be the first window in years none of our better players get linked with United.

They need to buy in January and right now they wont 'quite' be the big attraction they always were, they might struggle to find the signings they need, especially with it being the Jan window

I might need to be on suicide watch at work on Monday, a few of them were reaching for the rope after a couple of defeats earlier in the season. F#ck me I'll have to hide all the sharp tools when I get in after today.
I think I might enjoy the next few days

so... first of three big games in the league coming up for Arsenal tomorrow.

Despite them being our contenders for top four, I would LOVE Everton to get the win. It makes next week so much more exciting considering we have Liverpool and they would have free scoring Emirates Marketing Project away!

ManUre have been the lesser of 2 (well 5) evils but then again had they not used us as a feeder club over the years then perhaps we'd have been challenging at the top of the table...

Just imagine Arsenal do lose all three games and all the chasing pack win, how close will the title race be

Arsenal may not win it this season but they play the best football and unfortunately are only a top forward addition away from being a real force. They have money too :(

I will say this: if Moaninho and Chelski are behind in the race by mid-Feb, they definitely WILL NOT win the league imo.
Jose implodes/bottles it when he has to chase the leaders
