Mumbo jumbo.

We've made our own bad luck these past 20 years because when the opportunity has presented itself both Sugar and Levy have been too cautious in bringing in the right managers and players.
 
Levy takes too long to do anything. He's like that guy who has all that education but always seems to be waiting until tomorrow to make the most of his career & life. Why not just be decisive, take action and make things happen. Far more positive to be moving forwards than to be stuck stationary.
