Funny to see Lennon getting so much stick. First of all, why isn't our LEFT WINGER getting back to cover our LEFT BACK who once again seems to be suffering from a faulty GPS? Maybe, but it's marginal for offside in that case and he'd get slated for not attempting an 'easy' chance.

Their goal came just after a corner so
the positioning was a bit wack, but your right Townend switched off presuming Lennon would handle the threat, but is was weak from Lennon.

Townsend does look clueless out there tonight, I think Steff is right he needs lots of instruction.

The CMs did well in this first half , yes nothing really stand out but this is the combination ( Sig + bentaleb + Chadli) we have never played with until today , you can't expect any magic from them.

Townsend and Lennon were pretty awful :-#
