They haven't all played together in the same side, but looking at the respective players' goal scoring records we would be very reliant on Adebayor and Bale.

Of couse we can't be sure, which is why I said 'not sure'.

Cant have 3 midfielders who get bugger all goals. The one criticism which a couple Fulham fans I nkow had of Dembele was that he was a poor finisher and didnt get enough goals

You can if your front 3 are scoring like forwards.

Bale potentially has it in his to contribute enough. It's the right side that is key. Lennon doesn't score enough (nor does Willian for that matter). Perhaps Dempsey would be a better bet - it was where he thrived at Fulham last season (albeit on the left).

Dempsey played in a 4-4-2 on the left though, not as a wide forward
 
I think where we are come 1st January will determine how much Levy is willing to spend, what type of calibre of player is willing to come and whether we actually buy anyone.

I know we said this LAST YEAR but apparently we didnt because apparently Harry wasnt trusted. So we will see.

We definitely need in the grand scheme of things a striker, a midfielder and really a winger who can cover for both Bale and Lennon - I doubt we will get all three in January (I doubt we will even get one) but over the next two windows we better sort that brick out.

We were linked with Jordy Clasie from Feyenoord and i must say that would be an excellent buy. Great energy and close control, can pick a pass and has a solid defensive side to him.

Clasie, Maher, Strootman, Bony, Wijnalfum, Eriksen, Alderweld. Just some players we should be looking at from the Eredivisie that. Won't cost the world and are very, very good.

Obviously you guys who actually have heard of these players like to discuss them. All I ask is you spare a thought for the rest of us and mention what club they play for and what type of game they play..meaning are they a Sandro or a Modric..or a Michael Brown.
 
Never seen Clasie played, looks good from those videos. The kind of player I think we could really do with signing.

Him or Benat if Moutinho isn't possible would be good I think.

I wanted us to take a chance on him in the summer. He isnt everyones cup of tea, but I liked the look of him. Doubt it could happen in Jan anyway, 3 club rule??
He would have certainly got more oppurtunities with us
