Lol.

Not a pen and a double touch so should be ruled out
It was a pen, debauchy kicked the players right leg then got the ball afterwards. That’s not allowed I’m afraid, so it’s a pen.

Was a double hit though. But forest were well worthy of the win.

The commentators said that because of the double kick the penalty should be retaken. That cannot be correct, can it? Double kick should result in goal kick, shouldn't it?

Exactly, was hilarious, Forest was more attacking, had more shots on goal, couple of truly funny moments of forest outpassing the Scum in that game.

Was a double hit but a clear re take with the players all in the area

Played the second spot kick three times on BT sports and it was still inconclusive whether it was a double kick or not so not sure how anyone on here is so sure either way. In which case allowing the goal was the right decision.

The movement of the ball makes me think it was two touches

The view from behind shows the ball changes direction. But there’s no way the ref could see this for sure

It could have moved the minutest fraction but not so that it would have been possible to tell certainly not without several replays. Anyway who cares they are out! Strange that the French man did not value the tournament enough to play a stronger team given his history in the tournament.

Clive Allen was sure immediately on commentary; presumably because he swept it with his left foot but the ball kind of looped up the middle of the goal, so it must have hit his other foot.
