and Luke De Jong.....the fact that Saudi Sportswashing Machine are pushing hard to sign him has probably alerted Levy big time, and putting 2+2 together and getting 5, id say that De Jong at the prices being quoted is one that fits into Levy"s transfer plans. He knows Graham Carr and his talent spotting techniques, so if this lad is good enough for Carr, then he will do for Spurs too...all imo of course

@kdeamer82 No info on JV (yet) but personally can't see that they'd spend ?10 mil+ b4 new manager. Otherwise ppl see board are running club.

That's just Harrys round about way of saying that if the FA had put him in charge he'd definitely have won the thing. If Woy fails then he was the wrong choice almost by definition, since England are blessed with far better players than Iniesta, Ronaldo, Ozil etc.
