Pulsic or someone of that calibre would be perfect. We need proper class signing.

Very good call. Need to somehow fall over the line in 4th (or better) and then bring in a couple signings to change things up for next year. The next few weeks feel horrible tonight.

Struggling to think of many recent Spurs games after which I've felt as low as I do tonight...probably Chelsea away when Leicester won the league, or the Lasagne-gate game.....but there's not many comparable
 
People were talking about Bale and I was against the signing but he is proper class player and he would have had a good effect on his team mates if he was playing for us today. But would he really want to come back to us.

Bale was shocking in the semi final defeat to Portsmouth, no doubt Dier will leave and be a world class player in a few years time.

We’re crying out for a player who has won something major

Not the Dutch league

Not the French league but a proper league that has top players like German, Spanish or English

Don’t care who to be honest but someone who can teach the players and maybe Poch

Bale right now is a player who has won everything ... we need that
 
If this £120m + sales is right then Bale and Martial should be the two targets for me. Experience of winning through Bale plus he knows the club and Martial is a world class star in the making through the middle or as a wide forward with bundles of pace. Get both of them in, bin Sissoko, Lamela, Janssen, Llorente and Rose if he wants to go and do everything you can to keep Alderweireld. Should be enough left over to buy a LB and someone centrally in Midfield with some real experience.

3-4 in with 4-5 going suits me just fine.

Tierney? Haven't seen enough of him really to make a judgement. I like Davies as he is dependable but he just isn't top level if we are brutally honest. A fit and interested Rose would play every week ahead of him if you were picking your best side. Vital to have in the squad but not a starter for me.

Really couldn't say who I would want at LB tbh but another signing like Aurier who seems to cause uncertainty is a big no-no. No defensive mavericks thank you.

Don't think I would touch Evans. I think his attitude this season hasn't been helpful to WBA given their position and him being a senior player and all feeding into the transfer rumours. The incident for the warm weather break is a warning over his judgement too I think.
 
Really understand the whole we should not break our wage structure for toby because the other players will all want more. But you can see it being difficult replacing toby with an experienced central defender who will be used to the premiership. The is an argument for saying a new contract for toby would be cheaper in the long run.

Similar age... experienced performer... one has won everything pretty much and the other has slick hair... one wats to leave his current club because they won’t pay him the money he demands... the other can leave because his club are going down but he will want big £££££ in wages

I should add that I’m not big Johnny Evans fan but to me that’s. Alike for like that works if Davidson is now first choice but
 
This is a bit left field but the is talk about Kompany leaving Emirates Marketing Project. He could do a Gallas type job, probably ask for stupid wages though.

one player wont make that difference with this squad unless he is a massive massive voice and influence in the dressing room and on the pitch....hate him all we like but the type im talking about is John Terry. Or a Tony Adams. Roy Keane was another. Yes born winners who drag the rest along with them kicking and screaming are generally cnuts but boy they get the job done

Players of that ilk seem to be a dying breed nowadays. You still seem to get some in the lower leagues but nowhere near the level we need.

I don’t think we need that type, just someone who knows what it feels like to win these games and how they did it... to get that across the to the players

Poch didn’t win anything as a player did he
