How much time do you think it takes to trim a beard and pop up a picture on Instagram? Hours? Days?
 
He was on the bench last night and I thought we would see him at some point. Didn't expect us to romp it and Veljkovic got his first minutes in the team so all in all Sandro wasn't required (even though we did play a wideman and AM in midfield).
 
So anyone know 'officially' why Sandro wasn't even on the bench today?
Did anyone say he had injured himself since sitting out Sunderland?

To be fair as much as I rate Sandro he's been pretty poor all season. What's up with him? I'm guessing niggly injuries and no consistency to team and tactics.

He's listened to all the "fahking run abaht a bit", "passion", "guts" and "heart" team talks from TS and has turned to **** most of the time - when he's actually playing that is

Let's hope he get's through the WC/ Summer unscathed and comes back fit for pre-season.. along with all the others who keep picking up injuries! Maybe some time away from Spurs will do them all some good lol

Well, he has no chance of making the WC squad so hopefully after a rested summer he will be ready

No, I think he has a connection with the fans via Twitter and is using it to show us #SherwoodOut campaigners that he is with us.

I dont think he's stirring anything up. He is one of the best Central Midfielders in this league let alone our football club, that idiot is saying hes not good enough? I would laugh if I were him. If this is how Sherwood is on camera what on earth is he like when theyre not there.

Just discussing this with my mate.. can't think of too many brazilian DMs, while he might not be first choice might be an outside chance if somebody gets injured? probably be put in the standby list?
 
Mentioned on another thread that I'm disappointed with Sandro airing his dirty laundry in public. However, considering Tim is using every media opportunity he gets to have a dig at the players, then he is completely fair game.

I just think it's embarrassing that people at our club are conducting themselves in such a childish, petulant manner

Or he could be mirroring the opinion of a fair few squad members.

I admit that Sandro has not had the best year...but today, against Fulham, he would have bossed that midfield completely.

I actually think its a good thing that Sherwood is calling these players out.

They all think they are special and they aren't. Not one of them is world class in my opinion and I like the fact they are getting shown up in public.

As far as I'm concerned the season is over. Nothing to play for. Sherwood will be gone in the summer so maybe the reality check for some of the players will improve their attitude next season.

I gotta say I like the way Sherwood says it how it is. I also know it's not the way you go about getting the best out of the team but as Sherwood is just temporary I don't mind
