Radu Drăgușin

Dragusin is a good defender, but doesn't look to be ideal in our system. If he was playing in that Forest team he would look imperious and people would be suggesting we sign him.....
I don't really think any defenders will look great in our system. It puts so much pressure on them individually and it requires a fairly unique set of attributes and to a very high level. Those are the same same defenders that all the very best teams want and desire. So there's a hell of a lot of competition for very few players who actually suit.

This, and not many defenders look decent defending when running back to their goal, usually outnumbered ..

I don't think so. Because Romero will be off this summer, provided he stays fit. Selling Dragusin as well would mean we would be two senior right-sided centre backs short. That's a lot of risk to be taking in one window. I think he stays until 2026.

And honestly, he's not that bad. Pace has never been his strength, and the way we play is exposing that weakness. Plus, he has very little protection and every error of his is being punished because of that - it's not a forgiving system for any centre back.

But he has his moments, and even though his passing is nothing to write home about, you can see him frequently trying to execute the line-breaking passes Romero pulls off.

My guess is, Romero goes this summer, and we spend that money on someone as cover for Van de Ven who is constantly injured - i.e, a left-sided centre back with pace.

Dragusin battles it out with Vuskovic for that right-sided centre-back slot. If it doesn't work, we sell him summer after next.
Who is buying Romero?

I agree, but funnily enough VDV is probably the least good of our CBs in terms of out and out defending but because of his pace seems best suited :D Id seen Dragusin both in Italy and playing for Romania, and no doubt he's a good defender....

Two pages back he was just fine, and got praise. Now, suddenly all of you want him out? Ridiculous! What did he do wrong yesterday?

Everyone in squad is brick, Son isn't a professional footballer, 280M was a manager no being backed, anything but the manager being accountable

This is the problem ->
Same as last week, opposition players basically saying we are easy pickings, that is on the fudging manager

That's actually a brutal analysis of us and it's no different than what we all see. We know exactly how the games will pan out. We are so predictable. 😡

Not a lot
But you can see that he is making more and more rash decisions
Hard to tell how much of it is because of who he is playing with
His yellow card yesterday was bonkers

None of our CB.s are really playing well at the moment but they are left wide open by our CM who are failing to pick runners. UNTILL we solve the problem of not having a proper DM to sit in front of them they will always be left exposed.
And full backs pushed up too high as well.

The lack of picking up runners and then jogging is getting really bad
