Pierre-Emile Højbjerg

And lets not forget that Hojberg up until this season has been flogged to death. He has almost always been available since joining the club and under Conte and Jose would be picked literally every game and seldom rotated. Perhaps him not being an automatic starter will be beneficial for both him and the club....
He has played in the most games for us this season too but obviously not the most minutes

good luck to him, I expect he'll be appreciated more when he's gone

won't be cheap to upgrade him, and Gallagher certainly ain't the answer

Hopefully we can get 15-20m for him.
I think Royal (who is much more sellable) shows us we are not going to get an 8 figure sum from europe. So we are either relying on a bottom half EPL team without PRS issues (Soton?) or Turkey. I think he'll go to Turkey

You think Royal is more sellable than PEH? I don't like either as players for us now, but PEH is streets ahead in being the next cab off the rank with more suitors, even the Gala owner came out and said their is a fight for his services

Royal is about 5 years younger and on a longer contract, so yes he should command a much higher fee. Someone pushing 30 and with 11 months on their contract isn't a huge asset

True but in terms of who is more sought after and frankly the better in their role PEH stands head and shoulders above, there is also an element of his age that works in his favour as people know what they are getting now, with Royal I struggle to see what anyone got before, now or in future. That counts for something

Personally think its pretty clear what you get with Royal - A very good and solid defender who is dependable with a great attitude and team ethic even when not being selected and is flexible enough to play CB if required. Just dont ask him to be a creative wing back and he's fine.....

He has been ok in that role, unspectacular, I think PEH is a better DM than he is RB though but its all pretty much moot now they both seem to be off.
