By the way, this board welcomes anyone new if they wanna join in. But it’s not always best to join and then just vent initially
I had a guy late August just call me names and start abusing me. I put him on ignore quickly but some other posters took offence on my behalf. He didn’t like the fact a community needs like minded people it seems and he jogged on to probably twitter id guess.
This is a group fl mixed bag spurs fans. Generally everyone is positive if they are being negative. That’s all you need

Certainly was.
And he's only 22. If he gets a bit better than this and a bit more consistent than this... we'll have some player. Without having had to pay Caicedo/Enzo-level prices and instead getting a lad who's developed and matured with us and so hopefully forged a stronger connection with the club.

Agree, i must admit i was not sure about him being a first choice in the summer but without a doubt he has improved his game and we are now seeing the benefits. Lets hope he keeps it up.
He had a very good spell last season but had dropped off by end, not unusual with his age/experience level.
My biggest worry over summer was balance of midfield and that we didn't seem to have a first choice, think the interesting byproduct is we probably rotate this midfield more than any I can remember and each of Sarr, Bissouma, Bentancur, Maddison, Bergvall and even Decki know there is another player on the bench looking for their spot.
His unique attribute for us is the engine and ability to carry ball forward (through the lines vs. just passing)
