I don't think he is tbf because from what he was trying to do in the summer and January, he is clearly looking to buy at least one more striker and one more CM for the squad.
One striker transfer policy ever since the departure of Berbatov has been an absolute shambles tbf.

it just seems like our weaknesses are going to be exposed. no central midfield and no strikers. its hard to imagine we'll come out of the tough run of fixtures we have coming up still in contention for 4th.
shame. hard to imagine why all the investment in the team dried up just as we got good - about 4-5 seasons ago. really odd.
