Much better. I can stomach not taking half chances if we continue to probe and ask questions. Aurier and Lamela have been great at pressuring the ball high up. I think Kane has been involved and if anyone is not at it it’s Son.
But with Sanchez at the back you just feel there is always that hope for them on the counter. First goal is critical.
I hope we keep this formation and rotate players into it going forward.

I’d be going mental if I was BFS. Free kick from the left against a team that concede goals from free kicks on the left regularly and they knock it short allowing the ref to blow up.

Theyre awful. It’s like watching us. We’ve been decent but nothing I wouldn’t expect against opposition like this. Kane’s done some brilliant things but missed a couple of sitters, Lucas has looked lively, Aurier and Ndombele have been decent.

Should win but it’s Tottenham so fudge knows.

I just don't get why he keeps being picked

Just missed a couple of finishes. But credit to wbrom they have defended with everything. We need to move the ball quickly. Davies is often a spare man on the left, but not really used. Either trust him or take him off for Bale.

HT 0-0. We played pretty well but couldn't finish. Kane and Son both well below their usual standards. Lamela and Lucas bright. NDombele looks a bit laboured to me and his passing has been off. Both full backs too slow to deliver their crosses. Overall, reasonably encouraging. Need to keep it up the second half.

That's what I want to see - it's concerning that Sanchez who is supposedly first for the exit come the summer keeps getting minutes ahead of Rodon

Can't complain about that half. Been positive, had chances that we should have scored from and other attempts at scoring which we just hadn't had on recent matches.

Far from perfect but I don't require perfect. Trying can be enough for me.
