Was one of those games where it looked like they had to score before we start to play with any intensity. The lack of confidence and preparedness to play through a press, just gives teams initiative. The opposition get lots of touches and play themselves into form. We constantly hand the ball back to them. Until they score and then we can shift the momentum. Fighting back. Why aren't we fighting to control the game from the off?

Well it wont be the next round as I think they will get a bye into the Last 16 as Group Winners. We will get to play one of the Group Runners-up in a Play-off Round
 
So the lets play for a nil nil draw tactic is out of the window now and we have no decent attackers to bring on now we are chasing the game. Christ what a mess this season is looking. I know we are 3rd in the league but watching this dross is real torture lately. Still 1 goal for us could change things

Moura had some poor moments, but he's the only one showing for the ball and trying to get something going
 
Given how competitive the PL is, I'm not sure the EL is much help unless we rotate half the team at least each game
 
I said it last year and will continue to say it.

Sess is outclassed and weak. Barely a Premier League player imo. Let alone top 4 or CL.
 
If we werent in 3rd, you would think the players are trying to get Conte the sack with constant performances like this.

Hopefully we see a spark in the 2nd half now we HAVE to score a goal
 
Only one nil down, we have come back from worse. I don't think we have it in us this time though, prove me wrong Spurs. Its the hope that gets you.

Bale looked like that for a longtime at Spurs

I think Sess will get time the summer, then maybe a loan when the Italian guy comes in unless he's shaping up better
