I see it as one central midfielder who doesn't really add that much and two wingers with a very disappointing end product and a striker who can't seem to make things happen. Hope all four can prove me wrong though!

He works hard I'll give him that, but has no final product, doesnt score, jumps up in a girly manner when he ****s up a lot well, always on his heels never anticipates a pass, isnt vocal, never appears to actually be interested, does have a good tram line in his eyebrow though

The corner flag would've been a more inspirational choice

I hope he proves me wrong and has an amazing game, making 2 goals with his exhillarating wing play and scores one himself, doubt he will though

fazio (sevilla captain)
vert (has captained ajax)
stambouli (has captained montpellier)
 
So if Soldado is to get any service today, it will have to come through Paulinho. Not overly excited at that prospect.
Pochettino must have some weird reverse psychology scheme going re: awarding the captains armband.

I think there will be a great deal of crosses today which could suit Soldado - will be alot of space today and we will no doubt make the pitch bigger

Really worrying that the line up seems o confirm Chiriches and Kaboul as our PL CB pairing. Bizarre.

As for the team, I think it looks craap. That forward three looks dreadful but then again it looks weak all over the pitch.

I know absolutely zero about Forest, but none the less I'm going for a ground out, narrow victory for us - based on absolutely nothing.

Not hopeful with that lineup, looks like Paulinho is our only goal threat. Harry Kane to come on in injury time and save us!

Er, no.

EDIT: i do have serious fears that the quality of the squad is dipping below the level that keeps us in a different group to the rest of the league. For about the past 10 years I've seen us as between the elite and above the average, in a group with Liverpool, Everton and us.

I'm concerned that the gap between the likes of us and Southampton, Saudi Sportswashing Machine etc is being eaten up a bit.

However I think Poch is a good appointment and I'm hoping that with time we can re-establish ourselves in the top 6 (as the season goes on) and the potential in the likes of Eriksen and Lamela comes to the fore. Hopefully combined with signings like Fazio and Strambouli kicking it up a notch.

I feel sorry for Kane, he plays well and scores and then that joker Paulinho gets the nod because he has a cooler name.

GHod I can't believe Jan is playing he should be getting ready for Saturday.
